Whichever room you choose to stay in, memorable breakfasts are served in the heated conservatory with its old stone walls, grape vine and luxuriant plants. The finest ingredients are used; organic free-range eggs, quality bacon and sausages, home made preserves and good tea and coffee. Continental breakfasts and vegetarian options can be catered for on request.
Take the A283 towards Fittleworth, take the right hand turning B2138 towards Arundel. Pass the "Swan Pub" on your right, cross the river, go up a hill and just before the top take the small turn on the right marked Coates, this is Coates Lane. Proceed for 0.8 miles. You will pass the church on your right, and 100 yards further on at 0.8 miles, take the private drive on the right to COATES CASTLE.
