Several years ago one of my pupils suggested that I should record my teaching methods for future golfers. Having only ever taught on a one to one basis it did represent a challenge. The internet and particularly You Tube seemed to be the way forward and a window to my teaching methods to any golfer in the world was opened.
My philosophy for teaching has evolved by studying the best golfer's techniques over the last 150 years. The best players in the world have all had similar characteristics in their swings and I call these the common denominators. It is these common denominators that I have used in my lessons and in assembling my lesson library.

My Teaching videos are an in-depth analysis of how the worlds best golfers have and continue to play golf. I recognise that we are all different in some way so my teaching videos are very pragmatic. Teaching Video 61 - Albert Einstein said ' you cannot solve a problem with the same mind set that created it.
Many Golfers cannot play anywhere near their full potential as they are trapped in a myriad of myths. The shaft may well return to the address position at impact for the very short shots but not for longer shots. I wil explain why. Slow motion videos of the moment the ball is hit by the club head will show what really happens.
If you are a swashbuckling, hit the ball as far as you can type of golfer do not watch this video. If however, you admire the way that Jack Nicklaus, Nick Faldo, Ben Hogan, Bernard Langer, Lee Trevino, Colin Montgomerie etc played you may find this video useful. An impact bag is one of the few training aids I use.
Peter explains how your grip, aim, stance and posture will have a tremendous influence on your swing and hence the shot. A must read. With just a little thought you can reduce your scores. Peter explains how to do this and the results will be in evidence as soon as your next round. Almost without exception all great golfers move their hands down outside the line they took in the backswing.
ON LINE LESSONS are only available to subscribers to my site at a cost of 25.00 per lesson and will allow you to forward a video of your golf swing to me so I can analyse it and then I will return the analysis to you with instructions on the areas of your swing that you need to concentrate on. There will also be references to specific Teaching, Myths of Golf and Top Tips videos and E- Books from the web site to help you.
