Smartys Day Nursery is situated in Stone, Staffordshire and provides high quality childcare within 6 individual age and stage appropriate buildings. We are the largest provider of child care in Stone and have been offering outstanding care for children for twenty years. Smartys Day Nursery is open daily from 7:30am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

At Smartys Day Nursery we offer unique and personal settling in packages. These are tailored around families individual circumstances, and are designed to ensure that every child has an enjoyable, smooth, and comfortable transition into nursery life.
We offer complimentary settling in visits, and the manager of the setting will contact you personally to discuss your very own bespoke settling in plan, and we are very happy for you and your child to take as long as you need in the settling in process.At Smartys we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS).

Each day our cook from scratch prepares a nutritious balanced meal. Our menus vary over a 3 week cycle. Our menus are displayed for you to see and prior to your child starting with us we will ensure that all dietary requirements are discussed and catered for. Most of our recipes can be adapted to suit dairy free, vegetarian, culture or gluten / wheat free diets.
Every step of the way we discuss changes with parents to work together as a team. Children change so much during this time that we have resources and equipment to deal with each stage of development, from rolling to sitting, crawling to walking. All of this is done within a homely environment decorated with brightly coloured pictures and equipped with exciting toys and furniture to provide them with the foundations to begin to learn and develop.

Absolutely fantastic music and movement session with such lovely fun girls. There enthusiasm and knowledge on music is fabulous. One of the teachers even holds a degree in music. There's a different theme each week with lots of different equipment to explore and play with. Music and singing is such an important part of a young child's development and introducing it at such a young age is extremely beneficial to the child. Keep up the excellent work Alex and Charlotte.
