We have 3 different rooms for our children who attend. We have an enclosed outside playground with a spevific soft play area and grassed area which has our new piarte ship on. The private daycare nursery is run by qualified Early Years Practitioners and Early Years Teachers to supervise and care for your children.

We also offer wrap around care for those children attending school, we will drop and pick up your children from there schools. Services
With at least one member of staff for every three children, our highly experienced team ensure that your baby gets the love and attention that they deserve. The room is fully equipped with age appropriate equipment. This means that our babies are given wonderful opportunities to learn and develop, all whilst feeling safe, stimulated and cared for.
Once your child is ready to make the move from our baby room to our toddler room, they will be cared for by at least one member of staff for every four children. The layout of our toddler room encourages children to independently explore their own interests, whilst being loved and cared for by our supported toddler room team.
The pre-school room is well equipped, with provision, including construction, small world creative and role play. The learning areas are to excite and challenge our children in their play. As with the toddler room, children are encouraged to independently explore their own interests whilst being supported by our pre-school room team.
At St Thomas's we understand that you can't always be there to drop off and pick up your children from school. We offer before and after school clubs for children at both St. Thomas's school and also Greatwood School. Activities for before and after school club include a reading/homework area, craft and creative activities, board games, ICT equipment, construction toys and games in our secure outside play area.
At St Thomas we have our own chef who cooks all of the children's hot meals, she has different menus that change after the week, Sue can accommodate for any allergies that your child may have and will cook them a different meal. When making our menus we strive to find the healthiest meals but also meals that the children will love, we try out new recipes to see how the children like it before deciding if we should have it on the menu.

If you are looking for a nursery for your little one don't look any further as St Thomas' Day Nursery is the perfect place for all children. My son was 3 years old when he started to go to the nursery. I was really worried as he had never been away from me and it was just after lockdown so he wasn't used to strangers. Yet, it only took a couple of weeks for him to settle in and it is down to the wonderful care and support he has been getting from the staff at this fantastic family run nursery.
