Eastwood Neighbourhood nursery is a successful childcare provision caring for children aged from 0 to 14 years (Early Years provision 0 to 5 years & Before/ After School and Holiday Club 3 to 14 years).
Our nursery is a purpose built, single story building with three care rooms, community room and kitchen/ laundry room. We have three outdoor play areas and disabled access. We are situated in Joiners Square, near Hanley City Centre and also near Staffordshire University & local colleges. It is important to us that your child enjoys their learning experience with us.

Services
The Manager, Val Brown started a coffee morning/ mother and toddler group in 1984; we gradually expanded and became a playgroup in 1993. The nursery became a charity in 1996. In 1999 we became Eastwood Preschool opening 5 full days a week delivering not only care but also education for under 5's. In 2004 we successfully obtained funding to build a purpose built nursery and in 2015 we became a Charitable Incorporate Organisation (CIO).
All rooms are homely, cheerful and inviting and provide an effective learning environment. The staff will provide lots of love and laughter, as you would expect in your own home. Other rooms in the building include an office, staff room, kitchen, laudry room and two toilets of which one is a disabled toilet.
City kids is our wrap around care service. Some of our nursery staff also look after these children alongside the club's lead practitioner. Two members of staff walk the children to school in the morning and wait until they are safely in the building. The after school club is located at Unit 2, Palmerston Street, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 3EU which is approximately a few minute's walk away from the nursery.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability
This nursery is excellent. My son and daughter have been going for the past 36 months and all the staff are friendly and like a big extended family. I would recommend that if you are looking for a private nursery place for your child then Eastwood is my recommendation.
