Our aim is to get it right first time, every time from your initial enquiry, throughout the vital planning stages and right up to the day of your event to a successful conclusion. Conference and meeting rooms will be fully set up and working in accordance with your specified requirements 30 minutes before your start time.
Our Orchard Suite is the largest of our conference and banqueting rooms situated on the ground floor. It is ideal for large company presentations, team building days, exhibitions and private dinner events. Our Beech Room is situated on the first floor and is perfect for small meetings and events. Our Cedar Room is situated on the first floor and is perfect for smaller meetings and events.

My stay at this hotel was extremely dissapointing. The room was extremely hot. I had a wedding to attend and could barely get 1 hour of Good sleep. I just wondered how a hotel does not have enough fans or air-condition for their service users. The bathroom was filled with black mould. I need to formally complain about my experience and request a refund because it was appalling. This is the worst hotel I have ever been. I wish I knew prior to booking; I certainly would not have gone ahead with such.

We used Mercure for after a wedding. Got into our room at about 11.30pm. there was a wedding happening at the hotel, and our room was above the beer garden. Guests were in the garden until 3am so neither me or my husband could sleep AT ALL. the windows provided no limit to the noise. I tried to call reception 3 times to see if we could swap rooms but got no answer. At 4am our shower started dripping into the bath which created more noise. Nice hotel room but terrible to allocate a bedroom above the beer garden! Would avoid room 206 at all costs.
