They’re quite unreliable with timing but always get there in the end… that is after you call them to remind them of your booking.
They charge time and a half on Sundays which I still don’t understand seen as they decide to work on Sundays, why should we pay more for a service that isn’t that much money but if you can look past that they’re alright. Language barriers can also be an issue sometimes.

Critical: Quality
Taxi booked for two way trip out in the evening and then back. Taxi out was found fine. On the way back it did not show up. Calls to the company were either not picked up or disconnected while they "checked with the driver". Will never use again.

They’ve never let me down wherever I am. They get to where I am fast and most importantly of all, their service is impeccable and I can pay via card using a link they send after I ring them. What’s not to like
