Services
All our fares are fixed in advance so you know exactly what you will pay before you start the journey. All of our cars have satellite tracking technology so we know where all of our fleet is at any given time. All customers receive an automatic free text message when they book a car by their mobile phone.
This allows your company accountant to easily check each department's spend on taxis. All of our drivers are licensed and vetted by Luton Borough Council and require to undergo a test of their knowledge of the town before being licensed. In addition, all drivers are trained in the use of our computer system and customer's service expectations by our in-house trainers.

Last 3 times I've had the most rude and argressive drivers. Most recently I ordered a taxi for 10pm and I get abuse from him saying he's been there for nearly half hour and I'm costing him money ect... for coming out at 5mins late. Don't arrive 20mins early then? So then he drives recklessly as he didn't like what I had to say back to him. Worst taxi service ever. Theres no point making a formal complaint as nothing ever seems to change.

I tried to book a taxi for my wife and 3 children and the taxi company said due to covid we could not have a normal cab and we need to get a mini bus instead. The government guidelines does not stipulate the numbers of passengers in a taxi. It is clear this company is trying to either force people to take two taxis or get bigger vehicles in order to charge them extra. Covid is not there for you take advantage of customers.

Pick up was excellent and slightly early, and card payment prior was also super useful. Driver has a propensity for driving too fast and too close to the cars in front however and it was frankly a terrifying experience rather than a relaxing journey to the airport. I'd rather be 10 minutes late than constantly worry for my safety

Ordered an 8-seater taxi in advance on Saturday 9th October for 8 persons, on the day I received a call to ask if we still required an 8-seater from an operator at the company. Advised that we did, however closer to the time, they called back to say the driver in question had an emergency as not able to attend so they would be sending two taxis to ensure all passengers would be able to transfer, and the price would still be the same. I passed on my thanks and appreciation as I know how difficult things can be especially with the current COVID-19 situation. Sadly, this was just the start of the

The controller was really courteous, no problem ordering the taxi there at all, in fact it would've been 5 stars based on that alone.
But the driver was the 'coldest' taxi driver I've ever had, no joke! He was picking up my son and I with special needs from the local special school. He seemed quite surprised and irritated when my son started to fuss for a few minutes about getting into the new taxi (he expected the family car) but soon settled after he saw me get in. I asked the driver if he'd ever been to this school before and he answered yes, but I struggle to believe him with the annoyed look
