You can have your own personal login as an account customer and these jobs can be added to your monthly invoice, or you can choose to log on as a cash customer where the customer can pay the driver at the completion off journey.

Absolutely shocking service.
I called the day before to make the booking. Gave my flight details over the phone, Cabs4U said they would track my flight in case anything should happen.
My flight landed at 14:20 (which was the original time of arrival) the cab driver called me @ 14:00 asking where I was. This happened every 15 mins. I was in touch with the cab driver to say I’ll be an hour (passport control etc). Which he replied ‘I’ll just wait’.
Then at 15:00 I had a call from Cabs4U to stay ‘ the driver waited 90 mins and you didn’t turn up.’ The contact at Cabs4U was very arrogant

Several weeks ago, I booked a cab from this company well in advance of the time it was required. Some fifteen minutes after the time for which it was booked, it had still not arrived and on checking the app, it was still fourteen miles away. I called the company to be told that he was just round the corner! Another taxi was sent and the driver was polite and apologetic, however, I was late for my appointment. Made me late for work twice in 1 week, booked 30 minutes in advance for a certain time and taxi never showed, kept calling and getting new times but still didnt show. The people on the phone always give fake times, and they still expect to be paid even after making you wait up to an hour. The worst service I can possibly think of.

I paid for my taxi on card only to be told by the driver “you have no money your card is declined call office” very rudely so I called the office and they said the card was excepted so I don’t know why the driver was so rude when I paid in the first place! Won’t be using Cabs4u again

Booked a taxi an hour in advance. Got to the time I had booked to pick up and I still hadn’t been assigned a car. Rang them and they told me it was going to be another 20 minutes. I booked in advance to give them plenty of notice to organise a taxi on time. They also didn’t even say they were going to be late, I had to ring and find out. Made me late for work. Will not use again

Excellent professional and reliable service with extremely fair rates. I had a return journey from Watford to Aylesbury and was quoted nearly half the rate of other cab firms. The driver was also accommodating and friendly and prompt. Would definitely use again.

I have used this company for taxis several times. It's easy to book via the app and by telephone. The drivers have always been punctual, polite and professional. Unlike some other cab companies that I have used, they have always driven safely. I would definitely recommend this company.

I always use Cabs4u for local trips and have been happy with their service, so I used them for a return journey to North London. The driver was on time and the vehicle (a Seat) was clean and smart.
The driver was polite and drove well. When he returned to collect us the traffic was heavy so he called to let me know he would be 5 mins late. I was very impressed with his communication and professionalism.
I will definitely call Csbs4u the next time I need a cab.

Guys, I use you every day. I think you’re great. But for late night pick ups, what is the point of me booking a cab and receiving ‘confirmation’ 40 MINUTES in advance if you’re gonna make me stand at the station for quarter of on hour with no car? If you can’t provide the car at the time requested, just say so and I can go elsewhere. Don’t say ‘confirmed’ and then leave me stranded.

Terrible experience! I ordered taxi for my daughter to collect her from school. It arrived 40 minutes late! I was calling 5 times to the office - they just haven’t despatched it until I demanded! They told me they cannot guarantee the time. It is within the hour! I ordered it 4 hours in advance. Not using this company ever! Unfortunately, no good taxi service in Aylesbury.

Honestly do not get this company. So rude and no respect for customers. Had to lose my temper on the phone because receptionist was so rude, I questioned why my taxi was late (which was pre booked 2 hours before ) and started to explain that every taxi is late even if I pre book and she started mocking me , calling me "bruv"and just being plain disrespectful, honestly most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced . Have never had to lose my temper like that at a receptionist, terrible service.
