Awful service, even when pre booked, taxis arrive extremely late or do not even turn up. This is not a one off issue, the number of times I have booked a cab with 2 or so hours notice yet they are still unable to arrive when booked, 30-45mins late is the normal which of course makes me late for work AGAIN! When repeated phone calls are made, oh sorry, he be with you 5 minutes, lies! Still don't attend. No apology, no refund. Seriously AVOID THIS COMPANY, no idea about how to run a cab firm, they are happy to leave you waiting and make false promises.

Rudest driver kept blocking other cars from merging into lane and when I signed for him to lower his window and asked him why is he being so immature and blocking others from merging he chanted foreign words then took off, I would never use this company

I'm saddened that travel review is of 1 star, as two women, traveling at 11pm at night were resoted to standing in the dark and cold left for 1 hour waiting for a cab on Monday night, I find this appauling, no conciderat6for paying client or passenger welfare, this company would not be a first choice ever again.
LADIES travelling, please consider another company as I am blessed 🙏I was not alone. No one should wait for a cab service for 1hr , in a small town like aylesbury on a Monday nite or any night!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Temporarily working in Aylesbury for 2 weeks so need a taxi service. Last week they were late and when I called the office to complain they said ‘what do you want us to do about it’ in such a rude tone. Gave them the benefit of the doubt this week and tried again and the driver couldn’t find me and when he eventually did he shouted at me for not explaining myself well enough. I was so upset but desperate to get to the station so I wouldn't miss my train so staid in the taxi very uncomfortably. Worst service

First, explained at time of booking where I lived and that I needed a receipt + paying with card and they said that could be done there and then. The pick up day, the driver didn't know where my house was (even though clearly explained previously so no information passed on to the driver) and to top it off the driver arrived 10mins late which resulted in missing the train. When I mentioned I needed a receipt the driver asked to call their office to pay over the phone so they can send me a recept. Really awful service, not clear on their procedures and not to mention punctuality. Stay away from

This firm took the money but never turned up. Leaving people stranded at the end of their night. They were also rude on the phone and lied about being on the way. They made no real effort to contact the client and the claimed based on one drop call that it was the client's fault. The nice people who ordered this taxi will probably lose the money they paid. They got home with another taxi firm, fortunately, and that would be my advice to anyone needing to travel in or to Aylesbury; use another firm!
