We have used Cabco on many occasions, either a quick short run from Thame to the Haddenham and Thame Parkway Railway station or like today on our return from Heathrow Airport. I only booked the trip the day before and it was immediately confirmed with Wasim. Wasim and all his team at Cabco are professional, smart and always on time. They are courteous and careful drivers. They collected my inebriated family member and delivered them home. I had left 2x£20 notes indoors to pay. The fee was £12. Both £20's were blearily delivered to the driver who promptly handed over change of £20.
I called the next day, none too hopeful. They did an investigation and as I'd some proof, they resolved the issue.

Used company because other company did not show up! Upon return trip home driver stopped at the side of the road and started 'unloading' us, he didn't want to take us to our door. When I asked how much, he asked how much we paid on our outward trip, I answered £7.50 and he said no way it's £10! I suggested he call his office to check and he said no way. I told him we'd pay £10 but he'd asked us how much. As it was a full car of 5 people and a really hot day for driving around I'd have been happy to pay £10, but being called a liar was completely unnecessary. Very unprofessional and rude! Suggest

Booked a taxi through the hotel for a very short journey. I was picked up in a large van for a 6 minute journey (specified address at point of booking and confirmed when I got into the taxi). Half way through the journey I was told I would have to pay £20 as they sent a large car (should’ve been a about fiver which I said when I was asked how much I paid on the way there). I was given many excuses none of which added up or I understood … from the hotel was to blame, the usual taxi company the hotel used passed on the job to them, to they thought it was another location I was going to but ultimately
