Thought we'd try this car sales out as it's fairly local to us, I've got to say that this has been one of the worst buying experience I've ever had, Going to see the manager today to tell him that we won't be collecting our car, I've not signed the financial agreement yet so hopefully I'm within my rights, if not I'll happily go to court, I'm going in today and don't care if they see this review! Watch out incase it's common practice here, they might try and increase your pcp payment by a couple of pounds just before you sign, don't forget they soon add up, I'm not saying it was intentional, it

Have to say this is by far the best dealership i have ever been in for advice on getting 1st car.
The young gentleman who served us was Ryan Glass, and i have to say he was very professional and well mannered.
Ryan made the process seem so simple and was very helpfull in helping us build the car to suit our needs.
On the day we went to pick up the car , as a surprise he had arranged for the car to be in the showroom to drive out.
Ryan went above and beyond his duty as a salesman.
Big thank you once again Ryan for making the day of collection so special.
If i could give 10 stars i would!!

My husband and myself would like to say how appreciative we were to get our car repaired and ready today 24th April. The very small team of staff are working flat out to help people who need their vehicles to help look after vulnerable relatives. A big thank you to all staff and special thanks to the Service Manager as we urgently needed our vehicle back to give support to a vulnerable relative who lives in Glasgow.

Almost as bad as Arnold Clarke but not quite attained the unholy pisspot of god awful customer service and aftercare that those charlatans provide!
Went in to buy a Ford - we would literally have bought the car on the day but the staff were all like the typical wide boy I know better than you type.
I went with my mother and remained quiet through the proceedings - we actually found the car we wanted in the car park, gave the specs we wanted i.e. Ex Demo Ford Fiesta but they continually tried to push a NEW car on us - never listened to my mother said.
Ignored totally that the car we had actually
