Went with absolutely no idea of what car we wanted or how finance options worked. We was greeted by Jake who listened to exactly what we needed and Jake then shown us some options all of which matched exactly wheat requirements we needed.
He fully explained everything to us and taken time to make sure we was fully happy with our choice.
At no point did we feel pressured and there was no pushy sales, everything was made fully optional which was made our whole experience a delight.
Would definitely recommend and hopefully the managers know what a great asset Jake is to your company!

He was very approachable and represented the company really well. I also dealt with Rebecca who was polite and helpful. Both were a pleasure to deal with.

Picked up my new car on Wednesday. Wesley rang me and went through my options of changing my car to a new one. Did a great deal then handed me over to Jake who was there at the handover. Jake went through all the details I needed to know. Both of their enthusiasm for the job was great. I think they were more excited than me😀. I do love the colour though. This is my second car from Evans Halshaw Mansfield and I’m sure it won’t be my last. Great customer service. Always able to speak to me on the phone and prompt reply to my emails. Highly recommend

We visited Evans Halshaw on Sunday and bought our Audi Q2. Jake was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Helped us find the right car to fit into our lives and assisted consistently throughout to ensure we were completely happy with our sale. Could not recommend Evans Halshaw and Jake anymore. I picked up my new car today, it was all shiny and clean and all my documents ready with no faffing around. A lovely boy called Jake (Justin Bieber look a like) helped me pick a car that was right for me and in my budget without the hard sale, which I prefer....he's a right little charmer but he knows his stuff and was really helpful.
