Giocentric Fitness Hub is the result of hard work and dedication by the owner and Sports Massage Therapist Giovanni Vinck who is an established member of the reputable Register of Exercise Professionals. As a Personal Trainer's Hub we offer a facility that is fully equipped with therapy rooms and class studios, dedicated to support Fitness Instructors, Apprentices, Personal Trainers and Nutrition Advisors to practice their skills, develop themselves and enjoy what they studied for.

We pride ourselves on reinforcing our Gym Etiquette House Rules & Regulations whenever necessary to safeguard the wellbeing of all our Members, Visitors, Staff, Personal Trainers and Equipment.Independent Instructors & Personal Trainers have a unique place to take their clients for regular exercise, classes, GP referral schemes and treatments such as Sports Massage Therapy, without the standard fitness club membership restrictions.

Used to be a decent gym and offered pay as you go training but now using covid as an excuse to force people into taking up expensive contracts unfortunately a lot of these gyms now are more interested in cashing in on covid rather than helping people achieve their fitness goals

Thought this was a good gym, which it is helpful staff n equipment good but the owner is self absorbed and shows no empathy or understanding to individual circumstances!!!

Gio is an excellent Sports Massage Therapist, Nutrition advisor and Personal Trainer. Graduated as top of the class in 2008 at Bath College. With no financial help from any bank, he independently setup a unique Personal Trainer’s fitness Hub in Shrewsbury. There are even 2 amazing tattoo artists right on site.
This fantastic hub has provided apprenticeships to more than 10 members of staff in the last 5 years, work-experience to numerous school students of Shrewsbury and is today still the home of countless independent professional hardworking Personal Trainers.

Great gym and sports massage! Helpful staff, good equipment and nice music too! I had few session on sports massage treatments and they helped on my back. Gio is experienced and certified and you can speak about any issues freely. He knows his stuff.
