Services
The Custom Female Gym or Home Fat loss plans are aimed to reduce body fat and improve overall tone. It includes training plans, nutrition advice and information about menstrual cycle and how it can affect weight loss. You will also get a recipe pack of your choice (High protein, Plant based or Vegan) This starts at weeks 1-4 with follow up plans to be available in the next couple of weeks.
At Fit2Ride, we're not just about lifting weights and riding bikes. Each plan is specifically designed with the rider in mind. Every exercise has been chosen to target common key areas of improvement, to enable you to become a physically stronger and fitter over the course of your training. There are a wide variety of plans to choose from.

Following two separate injuries from mountain biking, I made the decision to build up my strength and mobility for recovery, general health/fitness and future injury prevention. I’m now a number of weeks into my training with Ross and the sessions have been varied, enjoyable and I’m already noticing a difference. As well as the sessions being a great workout, they are also educational and I have confidence I’m being taught to do the exercises correctly. Ross prepares for the sessions thoroughly and he is also flexible to adapt them at the time based on his observations and any feedback given

Ross has worked a miracle, in turning me from a PE refuser at school, to someone who exercises regularly and enjoys it. His non-judgemental and friendly approach has encouraged me to take control of my calorie in-take and realise the health benefits of exercise. I have lost a steady 1lb a week since training with Ross, being more toned and fit than previous times when I have lost weight. I can’t recommend Ross enough!

I’ve been working with Ross since the start of this year and I’m currently 6 weeks into his at home advanced training plan. After being a keen gym goer for the last year and avid MTB rider for the past 3 I made the decision to start training at home back in January. Ross has helped massively with plans and tips all based around a sport I love. One of the best changes I made was following his pre ride stretches which makes a noticeable difference, I now always start a ride fresh and limber instead of stiff and sluggish! The strength I’ve built up in my arms and legs is also very noticeable

Ross has helped me find my love for exercise again after having two children and not having the time or energy to continue with my usual fitness routine.
He has been able to find a balance between getting me to progress whilst looking after old injuries and physical health issues. His in-depth knowledge about physiology and biomechanics has been utilised to develop a really person centred training regime. Ross has also been available outside of sessions to support me with nutritional advice and to help keep me focussed and motivated.
I really cannot recommend him highly enough.

Needed to get back into the habit of exercise which Ross has encouraged and (nicely) cajoled me to do, giving me workouts to follow in between PT sessions which are simple and easy to follow. Seeing real improvements in strength, stamina and motivation. Highly recommend.

I would like to let everyone know how amazing Ross is. I had never been in a gym in my life (unless you want to count the 12 seconds spent walking in and out of the gym at work many years ago!) so it was a big step to join anytime fitness in April 2019. I was introduced to Ross as he has extensive knowledge of orthopaedic problems and as I have had spinal surgery and shoulder surgery x 2 and I am so pleased I was because he has proved invaluable not only to my fitness but also he has made me feel better about myself. Clothes that were "snug" 4 weeks ago now fit which has done wonders for my self

I started PT sessions with Ross after pulling out my back deadlifting and with ongoing problems with tight hips and hamstrings. I had no relief from a physio or osteopath but Ross very quickly identified the imbalances.
After six weeks I'm back to deadlifting regularly, my posture and flexibility has improved, I'm stronger and much more motivated.
Ross has a really great knowledge base when it comes to functional fitness and his style of training feels empowering, he's positive and obviously cares!

Ross has been great, My plan was to loose weight, gain chest and arm strength and overall fitness improvement. Ross has help deliver my objectives making sure that the method was right and consistency was maintained. Since I’ve been training with Ross, I’ve lost 10kgs in weight, 5% in body fat and increased my muscle mass and strength significantly. I have 2 slipped/herniated discs in my lower back and used to struggle with debilitating pain, which has now completely gone. Ross is so unbelievably knowledgeable and pushes you exactly when/how you need it. The tailored approach is what is getting me the results I want. I can’t recommend him enough.

Having suffered for over 5 years with my back following a spinal fracture and surgery, my exercise routine was non existent. After years of pain and a total lack of confidence with my ability to exercise I was recommended to go and seek help from Ross.
