Very disappointing customer service, I went to see the club since I’ve been invited to one of the clubs in London a few years ago.
After 5 min at the club’s reception a member of the staff approached to us and we mentioned we were interested in the club but we didn’t have an appointment for the viewing. She replied, no worries, she told us that a sales representative would be with us in about 15 min if we were able to wait, what we thought it was fine since we just popped in.
After 45 min I had to go to reception to have an update on the viewing since we thought it was way too long since

Waste of time and rude staff. And it is like there isn't a pandemic in there, neither customers or staff where wearing masks or trying to keep any distance.
I was thinking of joining and by chance I was very close by so I went in with a friend, just in case they could show me around and talk us through the membership options. They told me that if we didn't mind waiting 10 to 15 minutes there was no problem and that someone will show us around. They sat us down next to the lounge area door where they sit the potential customers on 2 different tables which are clearly marked as sales tables.

Attended a couple of times and the only thing premium about it is the price. The pool area, pools, hot tub are all borderline cold. I just don't feel comfortable and relaxed walking around because it's so cold. Probably to do with the fact that the door is ALWAYS open to the outdoor pool, which I've never seen heated so is completely unusable anyway. A complete waste of energy with all the heat flying out the door meaning cold female changing rooms and the pool building in general. I did not join.

The only reason I joined DL Kidbrooke in August this year is because they promised their tennis courts will be covered in the winter. Their swimming pools also seemed appealing.
It is now Dec and freezing cold with no winter cover for the tennis courts in sight. It is no better than the Cator Park tennis court 2 min away £6/hr.
The swimming pools are really dirty. I think the outside swimming is not even working at the moment.
I left a really negative review on their app to let them know about my concerns and the app said someone will be in touch. No one has. Many others have emailed the management

Love this place, great pools, clean and usually warm but the club running and rules need to be dealt with, it's different club rules when certain staff members are off, and it leaves us members at a loss as to what the rules actually are, towels do need to be kept away from kitchen as its not nice to dry off on a towel that smells of chips, and the parking rules need to be enforced and managed better, you tend to get the posh members park their cars in disabled spaces just because they feel they can, no badge and no regard for the people like myself that has a badge and really does genuinely need

Great gym - appalling customer service when it comes to payment plans. They're increasing the rates by £10 per person, which they've only told me when I went to change from their premium membership to a standard.
They've not written any correspondence to communicate this change and considering the cost is already £104, a 10% increase is frankly just rude. I only found out through the app which is decentralised from the gym. I expect better from any company that wants to offer such an expensive service.
Edit: issue sorted out in person in the end - just be aware you're much better off asking

Sales team or you can easy say scam team. I went there in July to join the club. I have shared everything with the lady with who I had the tour of the club plus I signed the contract. I have added my son to the membership. I went there couple of times with my son to enjoy the pool with him, he is 1 year and 7 months. I have asked at the reception for nappies for him, the special one you can have for pool. I have received every time no issue. I had miss the gym, haven't been there in Sept because I was away from UK. No freeze nothing on my membership, I paid 136 for nothing. Couple of days ago I

I believe this was Englands first David Lloyd Fitness Center. It is a first class facility boasting a fantastic array of things to do. Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, Swimming and A HUMONGOUS Gym. Or if you want to just chill out there is a great steam room and sauna and if you're feeling peckish there is a nice bar/cafe also.
