It combines the best of both worlds; a thoroughly modern golf course set in beautiful, ancient parkland which is now forging a reputation as one of the best golf courses in the region. The course compromises of 18 challenging holes set out over 6349 yards from the championship tee. A thought provoking layout will offer both a test to the golfer's playing ability and course management.
The clubhouse is open to the public as well as golfer; consequently the dress code applies to the golf course only. However a Smart, Clean & Casual appearance is encouraged in the Clubhouse. Whilst we encourage informality & a relaxed atmosphere at Rushmore, the dress code will be enforced to any Golfers not conforming while on the course.
Rushmore has an excellent reputation for welcoming societies of all shapes and sizes. Set within the tranquil Rushmore Estate lies the test of 18 challenging holes for all abilities of golfer. Described as a "little corner of golfing heaven" Rushmore offers the perfect venue for societies spanning from Bristol to Bournemouth to Basingstoke.
About a mile further on, you will pass a turning on the left signed Chettle & beyond, at the brow of the hill, there is a left turn, marked Rushmore Golf Club on a large brown tourist information sign. Turn left here. You will now be following small brown signs marked with a golf flag & a directional arrow.
We have recently completed a refurbishment of the Professional Shop at Rushmore Golf Club. We are proud to show you our new indoor studio offering the latest launch monitor technology and refitted shop. As buying new equipment can be a complicated process our Professionals make sure all clubs are fully custom fitted to suit the individual, using a Trackman 4 plus their PGA training.
