We have a relaxed dress code in the clubhouse and visitors are able to use our practice facilities. For golfers, in addition to our putting green we also have a full length driving range with top quality two piece 90 compression balls, a pitching and chipping area and two practice bunkers. Golf is a game that can be played from Junior level right up into your 80's, so learning to play at any stage in life can be a worthwhile investment.
We run group and individual coaching programmes for all categories of golfer and our resident professionals would be happy to discuss what will work for you. Joining a golf club can be intimidating, but we make it easy for you. Our members are welcoming and we will introduce you to suitable playing partners to help you integrate into the membership.

Welcoming all golfers, the club offers pay and play green fees for casual visitors, alongside a range of membership packages, great group golf offers, with the ability to host golf days for up to 200 people.
The Golf Course at Hamptworth is one of the best in the South of England. Host to professional tournaments, every hole presents a unique challenge. The River Blackwater meanders through the course, presenting a natural water hazard or an attractive feature on 9 of the holes. Other holes feature elevation changes, two tiered greens, or prominent bunkers to test your strategy, with no two holes the same.

The best golf course in the area in my opinion (for the price they charge to play). Dead quiet, beautiful tree lined holes spread out over a large plot of land and not over played. In the spring the forest lining the course gets lined with bluebells and from then on through the summer season this course is A1. It does suffer in the winter from being boggy in places like other courses in the area like Paultons down the road does however the greens remain good which is most important.
The greens here are excellent as are the fringes and the quality of the playing surfaces for what you pay to play

Played midweek with my brother. Great greeting by the Pro Mike, who was very friendly and gave good helpful advice.
Course was lovely and in excellent condition. The greens are small but run very true and the signature hole The Beast was definitely fun to play.
Driving is key and you need to be straight down the middle !
Very reasonable cost and will definitely be back here again

Loved the idea of the crazy golf course , just too beat up after 18 to try it! Having just played a course close by which had all greens on temps, amazed at the quality of these greens even after torrential rain. There are some interesting holes and it's long but it's the greens and the breakfast which swing the 5 stars
