Clayhall Nursery and day care centre has been in the community for over 20 years serving people in the local areas of Ilford, Barkingside, Gants Hill, Redbridge and South Woodford. Taken over in 2018 we have taken the "Clayhall" name and completely revitalised, reenergised and revamped one of the areas most established nursery and pre-school childcare day care centres.
While the existing nursery was very well established during our tenure, we have undertaken a wide range of improvements to make the nursery even more welcoming. Some of these include a complete interior refurbishment as well as a new garden complete with a climbing frame with slide, a dedicated play area for 0-2-year olds and a vegetable patch planting area.

Services
All Clayhall Nursery and Pre-School team members are specially selected for their skills and compassion to provide safe, innovative and fun care to all Clayhall children. All current and future Clayhall team members are scrutinized to ensure they meet all Ofsted and Disclosure and Barring Service requirements.
We are situated in a beautiful large property, providing an intimate, warm and nurturing environment to care for your children. The nursery is organised into 3 main rooms, each child will have a key-worker who will be a parents main point of contact during your child's time in the room. In our baby unit we have a 3:1 staff ratio to give the baby warmth, love and care, in a comfortable and safe surrounding.

The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is how early years professionals in conjunction with the Government define the "formative years" of a child's life - 0 to 5 years old. Much of this definition is around standards for the care, learning and development of your child. As a registered Ofsted childcare provider, Clayhall Nursery and Pre-School follows the EYFS.
