Services
Andy manages the relationships with many of our domestic and overseas property clients - helping them to manage their portfolios and make investments. Matthew joins Westways as a director following 14 years working in the trading technology sector in the City of London. His background includes 6 year spells as Sales Director at Bloomberg as well as TradingScreen and he has a joint honours degree in French and German from Newcastle University.
Westways is founded by Andy Stylianou operating from a first floor office on Queensway. Andy has worked in the London estate agency business since 1969 and is one of the first members of both the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Based on Great Western Road in W9 since 1958 Casa & Co was a focal point of the local community and we keep its values alive today.
Westways is a short walk from Westbourne Park Tube station - on exiting the station, turn left, cross over the canal and we are on the left hand side. We are also served by Ladbroke Grove, Royal Oak, Maida Vale, Warwick Avenue, Kensal Rise and Queen's Park Tube stations. Westways is a short bus or taxi ride from these London Overground stations: Shepherd's Bush, Willesden Junction, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green and Queen's Park.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT TRUST THESE 5 STAR REVIEWS! I have had nothing but issues since renting from Westway's. Within our first month we were without a shower for two weeks, the kitchen sink constantly leaked and was only resolved when it leaked through downstairs ceiling, causing damage to the flat below. It has taken 2 months to replace a blind in the living room with the cheapest blind they could find that doesn't even fit the window!! The will ignore all your issues until you press them for action. Completely incompetent with absolutely no regard for you or your flat after you start renting

Westways has been the best agent I have ever used! Bianca Conroy was so helpful in helping me find my perfect flat. She was always available to talk and help me with any problems that I had with trying to move in. She made the moving in process very easy, despite the fact that I was looking for a flat very last-minute! I would definitely recommend Westways if you are looking to rent a flat. Ricky French has also been great at dealing with the management of the property and I also really appreciate his help!

We had a very positive experience with the west ways agency. All of the agency members are professional and helpful, and especially our agent Bianca had been supportive.
She was the first person whom I contacted with the west ways agency. As it was our first time to find a property in London, we had lots of inquiries. But she always responded to our questions kindly and quickly.
Moving was one of the most stressful things for me, but thanks to her help, there was nothing much difficulty and her kind service significantly moved us.

The Team at Westways are amazing, it was our first experience of moving when there was a chain involved, and whilst they were not the agent of the property we were buying, they offered a ton of advice of what to expect, questions when it came to the end to end process.
To sell our apartment we had to follow a specific process (part of a first time buyer initiative) which Westways really understood, this proved invaluable. Lastly, when it came to the final push to exchange / complete, the effort from the team was exceptional, they went above and beyond.
