Scott White and Hookins offer multi disciplinary consultancy services to the construction industry, serving a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors. All work is personally managed by a Partner, utilising a team of dedicated staff committed to delivering innovation, expertise and value to all our clients'.
Doug joined Scott White and Hookins in 1987. He became a Partner in 2001 and managing Partner in 2018. He shares his time between all SWH offices. He is a chartered structural and civil engineer and works extensively in the infrastructure, education, commercial, healthcare and event engineering sectors.
