For ease of access the Guest House has a ramped entrance leading to our lounge, breakfast room and a ground floor bedroom. A spacious south facing decking area with tables and chairs provide somewhere for guests to unwind and relax. Branston Lodge bedrooms are spacious with en-suite shower facilities, double glazing and central heating for the comfort of our guests.
Freeview T.V. and Wireless Internet are also provided. A small car park is available for guests please come to the front of the Guesthouse on arrival. Our accommodation is only two minutes walk from the Promenade, its sandy beaches, South Shore Pier, Pleasure Beach complex, G Casino and The Sandcastle (UKs largest indoor water park).

Room one is our spacious ground floor twin room, leading directly from our reception area. Ideal for anyone who may have mobility concerns. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. This room has a large en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries. Room two - this room is a generous size room with a large en-suite shower room with complimentary toiletries.
From Junction 32 of the M6 turn off and join M55 Blackpool. Travel to Junction 4 leave Motorway and ascend to roundabout. After 2.2 miles turn left and join Waterloo rd A5073. Travel approximately 1.7 miles along Waterloo Rd, on the left you will eventually see an Aldi Store and South Shore Rail station.
Our objective at The Branston Lodge is to cater for the needs of all our guests in our eight bed-roomed guest accommodation in the South Shore area of Blackpool. We’ve just returned home from a lovely overnight stay and can only echo the positive comments from the vast majority of the reviews on here. Mike and Sally are lovely people and a few minutes conversation with them leaves you feeling like they’re old friends. Room, breakfast, cleanliness all perfect. We now wouldn’t even bother looking elsewhere if we need a place to stay in Blackpool.

This B&B is amazing. Mike is soooo welcoming, warm smiles and a joyful attitude. Very clean, very comfortable beds like a water bed😉. in reach to all things on the promenade it is our go to place. The breakfast is so nice not greasy and the egg is done to perfection of runny my favourite. Would totally recommend mike and sally at branston lodge ❤❤❤❤

Branston Lodge is my go to B&B in Blackpool. Mike and Sally are the most welcoming of people and the service from them is second to none. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. The beds are very comfortable and you get very little noise from outside, especially if your on the back. The full english breakfast is very tasty and a good proportion, also the filter coffee is excellent. My Nan ran the B&B opposite and they had a great reputation and so for me, I've got to say Mike and Sally do an amazing job and I think highly of what they offer and what they've done with Branston Lodge.
