Seaview is under the personal supervision of the proprietors Marion and Colin, who have run the Guest House for over 12 years. Cleanliness and good food are our main priority and guests are assured of a warm welcome and a very enjoyable stay.

We have just spent the weekend at this beautiful guest house both owners were absolutely amazing really friendly and made us feel so welcome. rooms were very clean and modern with fresh bedding and clean towels also the breakfast was just spot on really tasty and not to greasy thanks both regards Richard

This is a lovely little guest house situated on the north shore end of Blackpool right by the sea! The sunsets are stunning and you can see them when sitting in the front garden. The rooms are really nice and the breakfasts are to die for and are enormous! I would definitely recommend staying here. It is a couples and families only guest house which is perfect for families!

We have spent yet another wonderful week of relaxation at the Sea View Hotel. Colin and Marion are second to none as hosts. They look after their guests perfectly. The Hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Today we have just arrived back home following our 3rd stay at the Sea View. My wife and I will be returning.
