Free Local Discount Card for over 30 Blackpool venues (Bars, Bistro's, Restaurants, Shops and Shows). Blackpool has an abundance of attractions and shows throughout the year. Although we don't have an evening curfew, if you are only interested in the bars & clubs, then Phoenix Guest House is NOT the accommodation for you.

ALL of our Bedrooms are Centrally Heated with Digital TV's, Tea/Coffee making facilities, Hand Soap & Shower Gel, Towels, Lamps, Alarm Clocks, Blinds, Black-out Curtains and additional Electric Heaters (if required).

A Pay-N-Display Car Parking is located on Cocker Street, only yards from the hotel, and charges 12.00 / 24 hours, 14.00 / 48 hours, 17.00 / 3 days, 20.00 / 4 days. For short stays, Banks St Car Park is ONLY 5 per day with Parking Vouchers available from the hotel on your arrival. 4 minute walk. Leave the Station on the road (not the underpass) and continue down High Street on your first right.

Spotless,beds are Top ,best Nights sleep for a Long time.Shower good ,hot water very quick,Not like other places I have stayed at.Breakfast okay(if you dont fancy füll Breakfast) Have been coming to Blackpool for many years,have stayed at many places,I have to say this ist the best place I have stayed at.Top Marks.Will come again.

We stayed for 4 nights as soon as you walk in through the front door you just knew the place was going to be clean and comfortable the rooms were just what we needed for our stay as a family it was within walking distance of town. If you want a good cooked breakfast go to the promenade cafe at the end of the road will be going back next year

A cozy b&b for a little holiday away 10 minute walk from the tower only does continental breakfast 5 minute walk from blackpool north friendly service recommended highly

Me and my husband and to friends stayed here Friday to Monday room never got cleand bin never got emptyed and no clean towels
we were told breakfast was included it was toast and a yogurt and no free parking it's got 5 star's for food don't know where that cam from wouldn't be back

Came in 2017 to escape Scotland as my father’s best friend was due to stand trial for a high profile murder In Scotland and he died before he could stand trial so me and several others decided to get away because it was going to have heavy police attendance at his funeral very good bed breakfast made a loot of friends and never spent much money meat a couple of family friends from Glasgow Scotland cafe next door was fantastic

This is a great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable, I've travelled for work purposes and have stayed here many times, this is my first option for blackpool every time.

Just arrived back from an excellent stay. Very clean, I was in room number 5 which was a nice size. The shower was powerful and worked properly. The continental breakfast had a great choice and was to a high standard.
Will definitely stay again.
