Viaduct

Previously had some wonderful experiences at the viaduct, unfortunately last Saturday evening was a real disappointment. Arrived ten minutes early, it took five minutes to seat us at our table, twenty more minutes to take our order and over an hour later still no sign of any food. Paid for the wine we had while waiting and left still hungry and really fed up. Probably won't be going again, very sad as would usually highly recommend this place.

Lovely find. Rustic contemporary decor. Loved that. Delicious food, good price. Good service. Young waitress over-shared a little but was very attentive, friendly and polite. Recommended it already.

The food is delicious, served in a great atmosphere and presented wonderfully. However a few things are amiss. First, the portion sizes are very very small, to which I was confused whether they had accidently given me a starter, it was infact a main. For portion size you get the prices are. Seccond, service times are also quite poor. I arrived there was 2 tables of 4 plus myself and my mum. It felt like it took them forever to get everything, even first drinks which was a teapot and a coke (approx 10mins). Other that good place. (Ps. Really good quality food. Been for three meals now, breakfast and two main meals. The food is very good, good portion sizes and good quietly products. Always been happy. Booked to come back in a few weeks for tea again.

Me and my wife went in last week for a meal for our anniversary. We had an amazing time. The staff are really polite and are well instructive of the menu. The decor is really stunning and the chef is beyond this world. I think its safe to say that the staff are a credit to this place and because of that I will be a frequent customer.

Held a private function there for a Celebration of my Dad’s life and it was absolutely lovely. Service was superb, nothing was too much trouble for them (no mean feat when 20 people are asking for drinks all at the same time!) and the food was delicious. Thank you for making it such a lovely night for our family.

Very welcoming and attentive staff. Food was delicious. Five ladies and we all loved our food. The hanging kebabs are very good value for money and the salads are fresh and tasty. I would recommend. Also great selection of wine and gins.

Honestly one of the best Sunday roasts I've had in a long time. I went for the lamb shank and the meat just fell right off the bone, there was more than enough mash, roasties and giant Yorkshire. Loads of veg came too, as you can see for this pile. I'd have preferred to have a pot of gravy to pour myself but otherwise can't complain.
The restaurant manager was lovely, he explained that they change the menu up each Sunday to keep it fresh. It's been fairly busy and he told us that they're starting to get booked up every Sunday and they've just opened for evening service too! Highly recommend, plus
