Here at Lythe Hill, we have 43 en-suite bedrooms including 2 private suites. Our stylishly appointed accommodation boasts outstanding amenities and unique design touches. Find everything you need for a memorable visit to Lythe Hill. When you stay with us you can also enjoy our health club and wellness suite facilities completely free of charge.
Serving old-school classics, new creations and big flavoured steaks, the Restaurant is known for it welcoming ambiance and friendly service - not to mention the panoramic views across Lythe Hill's gardens and lake area. Our Full-English breakfast is the perfect start to your morning. If you fancy something a bit lighter, there is a continental option, offering pastries, fruits, yogurts and cereals.
Take in the breathtaking views and landscape on the terrace or in the comfort of our indoor spaces. Treat yourself to this luxurious experience and indulge in a traditional English delicacy like no other. Afternoon tea is said to have originated with one person; Anna, 7th Duchess of Bedford. In the early 1800's she launched the idea of having tea in the late afternoon to bridge the gap between luncheon and dinner.
Enjoy the same refined service and dining experience as you would in the Tudor House Restaurant, but in the privacy of your own private dining room. Private dining can be made the most of at anytime - for special occasions, a family gathering or a work dinner. It can be perfect for a group of friends, a family lunch or pre-wedding get together.
We know it can be tough when energy levels hit a low point during your day, which is why we are delighted to announce that we will be serving fresh Coffee, with a variety of beans available throughout your visit. Early birds can kick off the day with our fabulous barista-style coffee.

Throughout the day you can grab a comforting hot drink and indulge in a wide variety of delicious cakes and pastries, or sit down and relax with one of our afternoon teas.

Lovely hotel but very poor soundproofing between rooms. Spa is tired and really needs some maintenance.

Hugely disappointing. Shambolic booking & checkout at poorly manned reception. Unable to accommodate anything slightly awkward. Restaurant food is appalling - not very well cooked or presented and poor value. Breakfast is better although again, service slightly lacking and one male member of staff abrupt although eventually thought to accommodate preferred seating arrangement. Accommodation needs updating as is quite dated and lacking more modern items like USB charging points (and insufficient mains sockets). Bed was large (2 joined singles) but rock hard and uncomfortable. Overall there was no

Second time I have been there, absolutely amazing! amazing food, but beautiful rooms and professional friendly staff, highly recommend the spa, probably the cleanest and most relaxing I have ever been too. Thanks Lythe for a fantastic time.

The grounds are gorgeous and staff were polite and professional. Unfortunately we were in the dreaded noisey corridor (rooms 201 - 207) so not the greatest nights sleep what with banging firedoor and noisy guests. I can also confirm that the pool and jacuzzi in the spa is pretty chilly! I would consider visiting again if in a different part of the hotel, and can see why it is a popular location for weddings as it is a beautiful setting, especially this time of year.

Hotel management does not know the basic need of people. Keeping a bottle of water in a room is very basic. But they don’t have it. Phone in the room was not working and they were not least bothered to fix it. No light working by the bed side. The sofa is not suitable for human usage.
No water was warmed in the pool. It was very cold. In their food menus in the wine and spirit page you can find 1000s of Chinese. But in food menu, there were only 4-5 items. Rose dinner is with only about 100g of chicken and three of onion leaves only. Price was £18.
I think they know only to earn money but

I have never given one star to any businesses or hotels in the past. We booked a deluxe room and when we arrived we realised that the room's view was towards the reception and not that attractive. We asked to change it and had to pay £60 extra for 2 nights in a lodge instead.
The room was outdated and didn't smell good. They call the hotel a spa hotel but the swimming poll was colder than the ocean and in our two day stay we could only use the steam room one day. The next day the steam room was out of order. No swimming pool no steam room what a great spa hotel, it ruined my relaxing holiday

My wife and I had a short 3 day stay at Lythe Hill and it was fantastic. The room was spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. The food is first class and a dip in the pool with a sauna and jacuzzi rounded off each day perfectly. With friendly staff and the most amazing views, this hotel really is a must if you are looking for top quality accommodation and food, as well a relaxing atmosphere.

The staff made our stay extra special. So attentive, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention for Daisy at reception as she sorted out issues we had with spa seekers.
Food was great, clean and comfortable room, location superb. Will be back soon.

Amazing Spa break with friends. Hotel rooms clean and everything provided. I would definitely recommend the facials, so relaxing. Jade was excellent and so friendly. The food in the restaurant was superb. I recommend the Halibut to anyone that likes fish. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from. All the staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location and grounds so picturesque. We will definitely be returning.

London is an amazing city but every once in a while you need a reprieve from it's frenzied activity, which can sometimes leave you fried and rattled. So, you get the idea of where I was coming from when I booked myself into a spa break at Lythe Hill.

Now this isn't really my thing. Some beauty pampering can just seem like a waste of money to me and sometimes I just don't have the patience to sit still and endure a treatment. But I was in desperate need of some relaxation, so I gave it a try.

Lythe Hill Hotel is just outside Haslemere, which is a short train journey from London
