Park House, Hotel & Spa
Set in West Sussex, an area of outstanding natural beauty, Park House Hotel has a colourful history in entertaining guests. Having originally been built as a private home, the owners started to offer bed and breakfast to the international polo scene attending neighbouring Cowdray Park in the late 1940's.

Four generations on and still in the same family ownership, Park House Hotel has sensitively evolved into an easy-going bolthole for friends and families looking to celebrate. The House has established its credentials as a hotel with spa, golf and grass tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool and croquet lawn, along with classic food from the local region: a smallholding for great hospitality and standout experiences.
Services
Hire the House on an exclusive basis and we will give you the run of the property and our grounds. We've plenty of space and our rooms are spread across our small estate meaning you won't get lost in the crowd. We've loads of activities too, from donning your whites on our grass tennis courts to some plaid action on our par 3, albeit tricky, golf course.
Showcasing the best seasonal ingredients from Sussex makers and artisans, our menus are Modern British and packed with flavour. We offer all-day menus for House guests so you can set the pace for your day and enjoy the food you like, when you like. From a leisurely breakfast or a traditional English afternoon, to a three-course bespoke menu, our Executive Head Chef utilises only the best locally sourced produce from local artisans and makers.

My husband took me here for my birthday. It was lovely! We stayed in Polo cottage which was perfectly sized and comfortable. It had a stair gate which was broken and we had to fix. Don’t use the upstairs bedroom if you’re tall, you will bump your head.
The staff were all very pleasant, helpful and kind.
I had a gorgeous massage with Nicolette in the spa. Up there with one of the best massages I have ever received.
We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We also played some putting golf and table tennis. We had our dog and toddler with us and she enjoyed the gardens and room and she was treated

Great place if you really want to treat yourself to a big of style. They have two wimbledon grass standard tennis courts, crown green bowels a little golf course and chopping green and even a crocket lawn (? Spelling) Food was lovely the staff really friendly and willing to please. Certainly worth paying the extra money if you want to feel how the other half lives.

Nice ‘country club’ style hotel in the middle of nowhere. Staff were friendly although there seemed to be some tensions amongst the restaurant servers. Room was nicely fitted out. Croquet lawn tennis and bowls were a nice touch. Would stay again.

Beautiful! The Hotel, the spa, the staff, the food - Park House has got it right. The country estate is brimming with history and quirky decor. Guests vary from those out on day shoots to passers by like myself. The gardens are beautifully manicured and the entire area is buzzing with wild life. I would highly recommend popping in to visit the spa and having a bite to eat at very least - make a day trip of it - you will not be disapointed!

As a rule of thumb, my wife and I don't go away for weekends in the UK. Not because of some snobbish need to go abroad; quite the contrary, we'd prefer not to have to fly, but because for some reason the British don't really cater for weekend breaks very well.
However, knowing our thoughts on the above, we were encouraged to try the Park House Hotel and in short, we'll be going again! The service was magnificent, the food wonderful and the facilities second to none. The swimming pool (indoor) and spa are set in the most excellent building. There is also golf (small, but suitable
