Puddleducks is a committee-run charity organisation that provides pre-school education to the children of Over and the surrounding areas. Children can start Puddleducks from 2 years and we support their development up to primary school age. Puddleducks is a member of the Early Years Alliance (EYA).
As such, we have adopted the constitution of the EYA and encourage all aspects of development to give each child a secure foundation on which to build future learning, as well as to contribute to the enjoyment of their early childhood.

Services
We are open from 9am to 3pm Monday to Friday and children are welcome to stay for the whole day or for just part of the day. We are flexible when it comes to the hours that children attend Puddleducks and make every effort to accommodate your preferred days and hours wherever possible. Please note, we do require that children attend at least 6 hours per week.
Puddleducks is run by an elected committee of parents in consultation with staff. Committee members are all volunteers responsible for reviewing policies, procedures, practice, and for the employment of staff. This is a responsible and rewarding position that helps parents and carers to be involved in making decisions about their child's pre-school.
