Here at King Street Pre-School in Cambridge, our devoted team of Early Years specialists have designed an educational environment to suit the specific needs of young children aged 2 to 4 years old. We embrace the notion of safe nurturing and learning through play, for every age and stage. Our ethos is a warm welcome to all.
In particular, we are committed to Cambridgeshire's Equality Pledge: We believe in the dignity of all people and their right to respect and equality of opportunity. We value the strength that comes with difference and the positive contribution that diversity brings to our community. Sharing lunch time with friends helps develop independence, social and physical skills whilst preparing your little one for future school days!

Thank you for all your hard work and individualised attention allowing our little girl to settle so well into Nursery. We noticed the change in her confidence levels almost immediately and she has loved being surrounded by a lovely new group of children her age and forming relationships with the dedicated and warm staff.
Please do not bring cuddly toys and follow staff's instructions for drop off and pick up - there is one way system in place. Children are entitled to a funded place (using the 15 hours of free childcare provided by the government) from the term following their third birthday. We will claim the funding on your behalf.
Paulina has been working at King Street since 2008 and has held the post of Manager since 2010. She has been working with children since 1996.
