We're a fairly small, family-run business and have been successfully helping property owners, managers and agents since 1995 (initially established as AIM Property Solutions Ltd).
The vast majority of our commissions are through recommendation, which we are very proud of: we never advertise. Level 10 is managed by Ian Martin (founder) and Brian Smith, both highly experienced in the industry. We enjoy a 'happy ship' of very professional, customer-focused, employed trades people with specialist skills, from carpenters to brick-layers and from plasterers to decorators.

General building services from plastering to roofing; refurbishments; renovations, extensions; property maintenance. We predominantly work on, and look after, privately owned domestic properties, tenanted properties, pubs, surgeries, public buildings and care homes. Excellent workmanship, good communications and flexibility are our trademarks.

Do NOT use this company. We used Brian to knock down a wall and insert a gallow support. We paid him to arrange an inspection from the council to provide a certificate of safety. This was not provided.
When I eventually could get hold of Brian, he said that the inspector had to come back as he couldn’t inspect it as the plasterers were working. I asked Brian to rearrange the inspection. From this point, Brian ignored all contact from me. I contacted the council who told me that when the inspector came, there was a bolt missing from the gallow. Brian was told that he needed to send photographic

Avoid at all costs. Came recommended by the architect firm iPlans. Absolute disaster. Not the cheapest quote but went ahead because of the recommendation. The kitchen extension work started late, sparsely attended work, multiple excuses over months, now not even responding to emails, phone and text for 3-4 weeks. No respect for Customers. When payment due, multiple hassling over hours. Quoted project will take 3-4 month; actual taken 7 months to do less than 50%. Brian has caused me and my young family a lot of stress, costed money for reduced value and severe inconvenience. Spent 7 months including
