Internal refurbishment works undertaken to a listed building to leave a refurbished shell ready for tenant fit-out. Also involving external repair works to the roof, gutters, parapet walls and rear elevation. The works comprised of the repair/replacement of existing roof coverings, flashings and gutters, stone repairs and the making good of finishes internally to a listed building.
