Little Lunches prepares and deliver freshly cooked, delicious meals that provide children with all the nutrients that they need for a busy day of play, learning and development. Our service takes the stress and effort out of Nursery mealtimes. It is convenient, great value for money and meets all the current nutritional guidelines for pre-school children.
Our kids eat real food, cooked lovingly from scratch on the day of delivery. Our menus are developed in partnership with the EYNP to ensure they meet recommended nutrient targets for pre-school children. We always look for ways to make our food fun to encourage children to engage with their healthy meals.

My name is Lisa. I am mummy to Harris and Meadow and a professionally trained chef with a passion for helping children to engage really positively with food from their earliest interactions with it. The journey with my own two children has shown me first hand that the littlest things can have the biggest impact, good and bad, when it comes to those early food experiences.
Let us know how many lunches and teas you need for each day and how many puree boxes you need for the week. Tell us about any allergens, intolerances or cultural requirements your children have. We understand that requirements change over time and we actively maintain an open dialogue on dietary requirements with you to ensure your little one's needs are always met.
The Little Lunches team have carefully designed our Nursery menus to meet the requirements set out in Setting the Table guidelines for early years nutrition. We use a wide variety of food groups, champion vegetables throughout our meals and work hard to ensure our food is really yummy without the need for added salt or refined NME sugars.
Our concept is really simple. We set out to create a place where parents, grandparents, childminders, aunties & uncles, guardians and basically anyone privileged to be charged with the care of a little one can come to enjoy some great coffee or tea & yummy food without worrying about whether the children will get bored, refuse to sit at the table, refuse to eat and run around under the waiting staffs feet generally causing chaos.
Our nursery currently serves individual packed lunches and teas. We have never served family style meals to our children before. What support is available to us during the Little Lunches new nursery on-boarding period to help us do this really successfully?. We will provide an information pack which contains all the information that you need to help you serve the meals swiftly to the children.
