Skegness is the resort where you can enjoy a great day out on the award winning golden beach, as well as visiting a fantastic selection of attractions suitable for the whole family. You don't have to go very far to find lots of animal friends, marine creatures; penguins and cheeky seals that just love to come and greet you at the animal sanctuary.

There are beautiful floral displays with fountains and waterfalls, kiddies play areas, and all just minutes from the beach, main seafront parade and general shopping area. As the sun goes down, enjoy a night out at one of the many pubs or clubs, and perhaps even see one of the star named shows at the Embassy Theatre.
Services
Under new ownership! Watch the amusing antics of the penguins, be amazed by the tropical butterflies, squirm at the reptiles and creepy crawlies, feed the goats in the Pets Corner. Lincolnshire's only open air farming museum situated in the heart of Skegness. With so many things to see and explore.

Very disappointing.
Considering we paid over £100 for the room, there wasnt even a bar of soap in the bathroom.
The rooms as very small, not even a metre of space between the bed and wall/furniture, and the already cheap features (lamp/mirrors) where adorned with plastic 'jewels' which felt quite tacky.
The bed was poor, with the edges of the mattress collapsed, meaning you felt like you where rolling out of bed if anywhere other than the centre.
On the plus side the room was clean, but with no soap, shampoo or body wash, it didn't feel upto standards considering the global pandemic.

Stayed here for a week we had a great time. The room was great and spacious. The breakfast was amazing we didn't need any more food for the day. It's close to all routes in and around skegvegas as we call it. Josie and Paul are wonderful host's and very down to earth. Carol also helps , nothing is too much trouble.

Lovely 2 night stay in the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Owners very accommodating as my husband had messed up our booking , booked for 2 adults instead of 3 adults and 1 child. Will defiantly revisit at some time

Room 3- small & very uncomfortable bed! Gave me back pain.
Had to choose what we wanted for breakfast as soon as we arrived! 😏
Breakfast time is 8.30am till 9am.
Check in times are to late and check out times are 10am.
Plus side- The lady was lovely & we had a lovely breakfast , they also let me keep my case there until my train journey home.
Very clean wish is a plus! But need to improve on the rest! Thanks.

There was an error with my card when I pre-booked the room. I rang to rectify issue and pay over the phone... all I got from the gentleman there was an ear full on how I made that error and a rude tone.
Disgusting service when I was intentionally calling to pay.
Plenty more bnb’s around with more pleasant staff.

I don't like this hotel at all no where near worth the money we had to pay for one, night. The room said ensuite the toilet and sink were in a small cupboard with a sliding door and the shower was at the end of the bed. Ensuite in my eyes is a bathroom separate to your room not apart of it. Plus the breakfast was rubbish and cost us £5 each extra to the £55 we had to pay for the room. What a rip off this was don't go there
