Sessions are not only led by our highly qualified trainers but also take place in our private studio with no prying eyes. We offer detailed nutrition information and sample menus and recipes. We also post monthly recipes and healthy eating ideas as well as being able to offer tailored nutrition plans for our online subscription members.

Honour Health & Wellness was established in 2010 By Swindon personal trainer Jamie Honour. Set in the heart of Old Town, in their very own private studio Honour Health & Wellness are dedicated to delivering bespoke exercise programmes to suit their client's requirements.

With a proven track record and countless testimonials, Honour Health & Wellness are confident they can cater for different objectives whether you have a lot of experience or you are just getting started on your health & fitness journey.Honour Health & Wellness has a small team of fitness professionals, with highly qualified personal trainers who lead one to one personal training programmes and deliver a range of fitness classes.
Set in our very own studio, we offer a diverse range of classes whether you have a lot of experience with workouts and fitness, or if you are just getting started, you should consider taking group fitness classes in Swindon with Honour health & wellness. High intensity interval training, or HIIT training includes intervals of high intensity exercises, followed by recovery intervals of rest or light to moderate intensity exercises.
We structure bespoke programmes based on 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week. Sessions are not only led by our highly qualified trainers but also take place in our private studio with no prying eyes. We structure our sessions to prioritize mobility, posture and function.

Once your body is more flexible and functions well, the aesthetic side of the training comes shortly after where you'll soon conquer your main goals with a body which is injury free and moves freely without restrictions.As your fitness and strength levels improve, the training sessions will increase in intensity.
