Recently rented a property through them and found the whole process to be smooth and hazzle-free. Extremely proffessional service; Thanks to Kellan, Alex, Louis and George. They were very patient and efficiently helped me find a suitable place and expedited the move in process within a short span. They do have a property management team to help you after you move in. Anuj was very kind and clear in communication. Overall, had a very professional experience so far and I am looking forward to their service during the rest of my tenancy.

To be honest, I have never expect myself to encounter a local tenancy company this kind and professional for my first renting experience in London. They are really nice and the service is always good and timely.
Especially Rebekah Hunter, the Senior Property Manager. She helped me a lot during the tenancy, including all the payment records and house maintenance issues.

Lucy in the bloomsbury branch has been AMAZING with the sale of my flat, she was so professional and went beyond what she was required to do to make sure everything went smoothly! She communicated every aspect in detail, via email, so I was well informed but not overwhelmed with phone calls and I really appreciated that! AJ (Anuj Jariwala) at the Bloomsbury office has been fantastic, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Louis was very professional, friendly and punctual during our scheduled viewing.
