After speaking with Lina over email, 20 minutes after the confirmed time of the viewing I got the agent's number, and that was after I was provided with a customer's number who had another viewing.
I enquired initially for a property in Tower House on 9th or 10th June and it was confirmed for first time on the 10th and a second one on 13th. However when we went to the viewing after wasting our time seeing 4 other flats that were not what we were looking for the agent told us that the one we had originally enquired about had been taken 2 days ago.
This showed unprofessionalism as they tried to

Our experience was great as the team was really helpful and they did their best to find the flat that could fit our requirements and situation. They were always there to answer our questions and made sure that everything was going smoothly from the viewing process to the moving in and after. This was my first time letting my own property rather than house-sharing- I worked with Hesham from Fortess, who was extremely helpful, honest and supportive throughout the whole process. I felt that I could trust the information that he was providing me, and was reliable when there were initial issues with the move-in-- he went above and beyond to make sure that everything went as planned. Really strongly recommend asking for Hesham if you're looking at Fortess Homes, really great estate agent and will work with him if I have to move again in the future!
