Kye has been involved in the London property market for over 25 years. His knowledge of estate agency, property technology, property investment and marketing has led to speaking engagements around the world. He began his entrepreneurial journey when he was at school, selling his first business by the age of seventeen before later co-founding Keatons.

I recently sold my flat through OJ at Keatons Kentish Town. He was superb, and took the stress out of the process. Within a matter of weeks of first contacting Keatons I had accepted an offer and the flat was off the market. This was at a time when the market was quite slow, making it all the more impressive. During the sale, OJ was great at chasing the relevant parties to make sure progress didn’t stall and that the sale went through smoothly. Thanks OJ!

After a disastrous renting experience with another agency, Keatons really restored our faith in the London property market! Found an incredible flat, which we needed to move into at very short notice, and our estate agent, Mark, was fantastic at pushing everything along to our needs. The regular updates and contact with the agents were extremely helpful, and within a week we had gone from viewing the property to moving in! Very professional, friendly, and accommodating team. Honestly could not recommend a better estate agents!! These guys will move mountains to do things when and how you need them

We have had a very good experience of the Keatons sales team recently. We have just completed the purchase of a flat in Kentish Town through the Keatons Kentish Town branch. Scott Jacobs and Toni Caldwell helped us throughout to make the sale happen. Scott identified properties that we would like and guided our many visits. Toni got involved once the conveyancing process got underway and is very efficient at chasing everyone and everything that needs chasing to get to the exchange/completion. Finally bought my first home and Keatons were professional, helpful and encouraging the whole way through. Scott and the guys in the office did a great job of talking me into a property I probably can't afford but I'm very glad I chanced by Keatons in my hunt for a flat! Special mention to Toni Caldwell (sales co-ordinator) who was extremely friendly and supportive, chasing solicitors and keeping me positive when things got complicated.
