Paulo was an extremely efficient and diligent agent who as helped me during my research for a house to rent. I was in need to move to the new flat in few days and Paulo managed to secure all the documents in such a short time span. Even if the agency was not supposed to manage the property, I was always able to rely on Paulo's help - for example, when I found myself locked into the bin-room at night and I could contact him via phone.
