Critical: Responsiveness
Rang this agent for a property listed early October. A 1 bed flat in Isleworth. Was told they’ll ask tenants in regards to the viewing as this can be done during weekends only to which I agreed. I rang them again after 3/4 days and was told the same. Just noticed the property has now been let. Very unresponsive service.

Lovely experience dealing with Anderson Knight, the team is very professional, kind and quite diligent as they met my high(hopefully not too complicated) demands.
