I've been their tennant in Oaktree House for one year. Very reliable agency, very good and quick maintenance service, very friendly letting agents. The whole process of check in and then check out was smooth and easy, Luca is probably the best agent I ever met. Many thanks to Jen and Debbie also. Very happy with this agency. Living in London can be tricky , but the employees of Oaktree Agency are very professional and responsive , especially Jeniffer , George and Luca. MAJOR Improvement needed on communication and consideration for peoples time. Travelled 2+ Hours and spent money to get to London to view an apartment only to get there and find no agent. Called to find that the viewing was cancelled as they said we would not be accepted by the landlord. Only to be told upon complaint to the manager that the current tenant actually decided not to move after all.

We went through a lot of agencies while searching for a house, and none compared with Oak Tree. Jennifer and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, always sent videos of potential properties, so there was limited to no wasted time, and once we found the right place to rent, they guided us through every step.
