I have worked in the care industry for the past 20 years and in that time have worked in most sectors progressing through the ranks from care assistant to Home Manager. 11 years ago I started my employment with Quality Lifestyle Ltd, initially as a Home Manager and presently as the General Manager.
I'm qualified to NVQ 5 in both care and business and have a passion for ensuring that we provide a level of care and support that we would be happy to receive ourselves. Our assessment process is conducted with your full involvement and your family/representative if necessary to determine the level of support required.

The quality of life for our residents is of upmost importance to us.
Many people will be entitled to financial support to pay for their care but it is not free to everyone and some people will not be entitled to any financial contribution. Your local Council will carry out an assessment on your needs and depending on the outcome of that assessment, a financial assessment may be carried out.

So i have worked for QL for nearly 3.5years now To break it down so i dont go on and on
1) cant fault the managment team. The support recieved is the best. They are kind, caring and very companionate and will even offer support with any personal issues if needed. This is the best managment team i have come across in my whole working life. As staff… we are very well looked after and even outside of office hours so to speak they check in and offer any support
2) by putting in the effort/time and understanding with the service users it makes for a smoothish work life. (These are adults with
