Counselling offers an opportunity to talk, to think, to reflect on issues that are affecting your life. It allows you the time to talk about feelings and problems in a safe and confidential place. Counselling allows you to talk about your concerns and your issues in a way that is often difficult even with close friends and family.
This includes a respect for human rights and human dignity and a commitment to recognising human diversity, equality and inclusivity of treatment. I am also registered with the Office of the Information Commissioner and fully abide by the new GDPR regulations for management of confidntial data.
