Services
The Willow Veterinary Clinic is located in Portadown and has a branch in Markethill. Our surgery in Portadown is a modern and purpose built premises with ample on site car parking. Our Markethill branch practice is to help accommodate our expanding farm animals and smaller animal clients. Alan and Mark established The Willow Veterinary Clinic in Portadown on Easter Monday in 2000.
Immediate Veterinary Cover (IVC) allows you to provide 4 weeks free insurance to the owner of any new puppy, kitten or rabbit which is presented for vaccinations or health-checks, and is aged from 6 weeks to under 1 year. Our experience shows that 1 in 3 pets will require unexpected veterinary treatment each year.
Microchipping is a simple safe and quick procedure. It can make all the difference in being reunited with your pet should they stray or go missing. The microchip is the size of a grain of rice and the procedure, which is carried out by a vet or trained microchip implanter, only takes a few seconds to implant and lasts a lifetime.

I registered my dogs with willow vets because they started a smaller clinic in markethill a few years back. Unfortunately now because of covid-19 they stopped their surgery in markethill which was only an hour in the morning and half an hour in the evening. The clinic is still open every day but more for buying meds for our animals. The staff are very pleasant both in markethill and Portadown.
