Thank you so much for your help, you were the only estate agents who regularly kept in touch, and we are so grateful. Once again, really appreciate your help with this - don't get your kind of service from other estate agents. I would like to thank you all for the friendly, helpful service you have given us with the sale of our cottage it was very much.
Conveyancing Solicitors based in Grantown-on-Spey & Inverness serving the Highlands and Scotland. Our experienced solicitors offer conveyancing services to both residential and commercial clients, advising on all matters regarding the purchase and sale of property. Wills Solicitors, based in Grantown-on-Spey serving Aviemore, Kingussie, Strathspey, the Highlands and Scotland. Making plans for what will happen to your money and property when you die isn't something that many of us want to think about. However, having clearly written instructions about what you wish to happen once you are gone is hugely important for your peace of mind and that of your family and loved ones.
Executry Solicitors, based in Grantown-on-Spey & Inverness serving the Highlands and Scotland. When someone close to you dies this will always be a difficult and emotional time. If you have been appointed to oversee the distribution of this person's estates, navigating the relevant legal process and ensuring that you correctly perform this role can cause additional stress and worry.

We used Masson Cairns for two purchases (the first never completed due to the start of the pandemic!) based on their quick, professional responses when initially getting quotes. Annike continued to provide excellent service and advice, so we went back to them when we put in an offer on a second property a year later. They've been extremely reliable,
and provided good advice. They also managed to hit some pressurised, extremely important, deadlines so that we could transfer on the initially agreed handover date, for which we are extremely grateful. No hesitation in recommending.

I genuinely can't say enough good things about Kate and her team at Masson Cairns. They've been an absolute delight to deal with for our Inverness house sale/purchase and have gone above and beyond to make sure things happened smoothly. The whole thing was handled very professionally but at the same time in a very friendly manner. Communication was excellent, we were kept informed and guided at every step of the way. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Very poor service. Didn't bother telling us of a closing date despite having viewing arranged.........appreciate you responding to me review but you should have informed all viewers, not just those with notes of interest. Not bothered about the dump of a property anyway so it's not about missing out. It's about having the courtesy to tell someone who is travelling a long way to do a viewing that the closing date is the following day! Thanks :)
