Had a birthday lunch with another couple yesterday. Food was lovely and the service outstanding. Clare’s professionalism, friendliness and humour made the meal. Jason also looked after us really well later on.
Thank you.

Three of us had lunch at this lovely inn/hotel. We had a dog, and they were happy to accomodate us with a table in a sheltered "tent" in the garden, which was perfect. I had the fishcakes, which were delicious and one of us had the lamb roast. It was pricey, but also good. A lovely lady named Jane took care of us, and came back twice to see if we needed anything. Excellent service- it is always nice to have someone check if our meals were going well. She (Jane) and another colleague, Amy, are a friendly and efficient plus to the inn.

Beautiful hotel and rooms were classically comfortable. Food was nice but staff were a little strange. It's like they'd never met 'outsiders' before

A wonderful hotel just outside of London (but still really accessible by tube) which had a lot of charm; the inside was lovely and full of touches and nooks to make it feel warm and welcoming. Loved the outside too, a nice little truck and great value for lunch. Got a burger which came with two patties (!!) And a huge bowl of fries. Highly recommend.
