Lovely place to sit on a sunny afternoon. Good selection of craft beers and ale. Have had a lower than 4% lager on tap for as long as I've been going which is ideal as I sometimes want a pint on a Sunday late afternoon, but don't want to get carried away. Great Sunday roast even at around 3pm as a walk-in once.

4.25 stars. Great pub with some outdoor seating (high seats). Book to get a table outside on a sunny day. If it's too crowded grab some takeaways and sit in the park. Great selection of beers. Bar snacks were quality. Friend staff. Took off .75 stars as the kitchen proper didn't open until after 4pm.

This place just keeps getting better. What a fantastic turn around from the previous incarnation. All local spirits and beers (at least the ones we do well, gins and vodka) and a great range of snacks and nibbles. The bar menu is getting better and the dining room well done out.
There's a story to this place if you're a local and I'm really happy this becoming a gem. My only feedback is that it still feels quite sterile.. could do with more character and local items on the walls.

Getting there!
It's a bit too early to be critical of this pub and it looks and feels so much better than the previous pub. It's a pub that's upmarket and maybe a sign of the changes taking place in this part of Harringey as a more professionals start to colonise the area.
The pub lighting looks good from outside but inside the soft tones do not complement the current layout. I really like the bar area which looks very welcoming. I hope that this will be extended to some of the other sections of the pub.
There are many ales to choose from which are'nt your standard Peroni
