I just want to say thank you to Phil, Wez and the team at vertical leap for our new web-site. Vertical leap are a great company, very easy to deal with, provide good customer support by making the complex task of building a web-site pain free. They do understand that not everybody (like me) understands IT and have a good way of guiding the customer through this process. I signed up to Vertical Leap's "Content-driven Search Marketing" SEO service for my company in February 2012. Nothing much seemed to be happening at the beginning, but when I chased them, their Accounts Manager promised to write two content articles a month. This was OK for a couple of months, then it dwindled to one a month and then nothing at all from October onwards. They were surprised when I served notice to end the contract. They thought they had done an acceptable job.
