Em's career began in BP's commercial team where she generated industry-beating results in declining markets and her work was seen as a form of best practice globally. She advanced into the Europe & Africa Strategy Transformation Team where she managed risk and resources for 1047 projects - the only region to hit planned deadlines and results consistently.

She then moved into BP's Social Media Team, creating & curating content for over 2.5million followers on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook & Instagram and provided world-class social media training for thousands of BP's employees across the world. Em is usually latin dancing, travelling or sailing around Europe, and volunteering for various charities and non-profit organisations.
