The under 3's start in our Nursery room. The room is located on the first floor that is fully equipped with stimulating activities for the children to explore freely throughout the day. Children progress into our preschool rooms in the year before they go to school. They have a large fully equipped class room attached to a large conservatory and outside area.

Services
The Nursery room welcomes children under two until the term before their third birthday. The children can experience a range of sensory exploration, challenge themselves to achieve physical activities and enhance their growth and development. The Pre-school room welcomes children from the term before their third birthday until they leave for school.
When it comes to childcare, nothing is more important than being able to trust the person looking after your child. At First Steps Childcare Limited, we only recruit staff who go that extra mile to foster and maintain a caring relationship with you and your child. Therefore, all of our staff are hired on the basis of a proven and referenced qualification & recent dbs check.
The setting is divided into 2 main areas, our Nursery room and our Pre-school room. Our Nursery room upstairs accomodates our younger children between the ages of 2 and 3 years. Once a child reaches the age of 3, they move downstairs into the Pre-school room at the beginning of the next school term following their 3rd birthday.
