Funeral arrangements can be made in the privacy of your own home or at one of our local funeral homes. Our premises are tastefully decorated with full facilities, and have been created to provide a warm, homely and relaxed environment. Both premises are easily accessible on one level to everyone, including the elderly and disabled.
A funeral is unique, unique to your family and we are willing to adapt to anything you want, very much seeing a funeral as a celebration of life and should be personal to your loved one and you as their family. Whether you choose burial or cremation, service in Church, Crematorium only or another venue is your decision but we are on hand to help you make the right choice.
Contact Crabtree and Son as soon as possible, enabling us to advise you on what steps to take next. You do not need to wait until you have registered the death to contact your funeral director. You can arrange a mutually convenient time to meet us, either in the comfort of your own home or at our premises.
Choosing the right flowers for a funeral can be difficult. There are no strict rules other than to follow your heart. People often choose flowers that were a favourite of the person who has died, making the funeral more personal. Funeral flowers are a way of conveying a message for which words are sometimes inadequate.
